We welcome Janet Mundell, one of Mal's close running friends from Wenatchee, WA along to this pod. We start off having a yarn about Janet and Mal's friendship, Janets experience with running both collegiately and post partum running, and the local trails + scenery of Central Washington.

Dwayne indulges on the discovery of Anne Audain, a kiwi professional runner from the 80's and 90's who ran and won Spokane Bloomsday 7 times!

We do a quick shoutout to our kiwi gal, Denika Clooney of whom finished 55th at the Worlds Cross Country.
