2027 Toyota Land Cruiser: Rugged Where It Counts, Premium Where It Matters | Toyota USA Newsroom | April 07, 2026
The 2027 Toyota Land Cruiser arrives in Spring 2026 with a starting MSRP of $57,880, bringing a handful of new features while maintaining its signature mix of off-road capability and refined comfort. New additions for this model year include an available High Mounted Air Intake, available heated and ventilated second-row outboard seats, and a new black exterior color called Inked.
Under the hood, both trims use the turbocharged i-FORCE MAX hybrid powertrain paired with full-time four-wheel drive, producing 326 net combined horsepower and 465 lb.-ft. of torque with an EPA-estimated 23 MPG combined. The hybrid system combines a turbocharged engine with an electric motor housed between the engine and 8-speed automatic transmission, and the SUV can tow up to 6,000 pounds.
For off-roading, the Land Cruiser comes standard with center and rear locking differentials, CRAWL Control, Downhill Assist Control, and a two-speed transfer case. Available features include a front Stabilizer Disconnect Mechanism for better suspension articulation, Multi-Terrain Select with modes for mud, dirt, and sand, and a Multi-Terrain Monitor camera system. The vehicle is built on Toyota's TNGA-F platform shared with the Tundra, Sequoia, Tacoma, and 4Runner.
Two trims are offered: the heritage-inspired Land Cruiser 1958 with round LED headlamps and fabric seats, and the higher Land Cruiser grade with rectangular headlamps, SofTex-trimmed power seats, a 12.3-inch touchscreen, and a 10-speaker audio system. A Premium Package on the top trim adds leather seating, a 14-speaker JBL audio system, head-up display, and power moonroof.
Seven exterior colors are available, and Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 comes standard across the lineup, including Pre-Collision System, Lane Departure Alert, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, and Proactive Driving Assist.
