Toyota Kentucky Paint Shop Receives U.S. Department of Energy 2026 Better Project Award | Toyota USA Newsroom | June 03, 2026

Toyota Kentucky's engineering team earned a 2026 Better Project Award from the U.S. Department of Energy for redesigning the Fresh Air Supply House in their paint shop. The innovative project reduced outside air flow by over 55 percent and cut annual paint booth energy costs by more than 80 percent.
