In this episode I sit down with Brian Wehlburg, one of Australia’s leading Holistic Management educators and the director of Inside Outside Management.

Brian has spent decades working with farmers, graziers, landholders and communities across Australia and New Zealand, helping people make better decisions for their land, their animals, their businesses and their families. He’s a certified Holistic Management educator with Holistic Management International, a certified Master Field Professional with the Savory Institute, and brings a deep lived experience from farming in both Zimbabwe and Australia.

This conversation is about far more than grazing. We get into what it actually means to manage land holistically, how decision-making shapes the future of a farm, why soil health and people health are so connected, and how regenerative agriculture becomes much more powerful when it includes the human beings making the decisions.

A beautiful conversation about land, life, responsibility, regeneration and learning to work with nature instead of against it.
