Welcome to Sox & Sober

My name is Nick Murawski and in September of 2018, I got sober. After many years of battling alcohol addiction… I started a powerful journey that has thankfully kept rolling along. During the recovery process, my addiction to the Chicago White Sox remained and it even got stronger. The White Sox did not cause my alcoholism although many people would beg to differ… but what the White Sox gave me was an outlet to cope with my new found life. This is a podcast that explores addiction and the role sports play in the recovery process. Every story is unique and every story needs to be told. My name is Nick.
