Run, Pass, or Kick: Sparks and Wilko explain Referee Review System

The MLR has created a whole new replay and review system that replaces TMO. RRS (Referee Review System) seeks to place the power back into the hands of the head official. The intent is to speed up reviews and create a more transparent process designed to enhance rugby for all supporters to enjoy.
