The full squad returns this week as Rien’s 4 week hiatus at the World Cup ends. We answer some cracking warm-up questions at the top before discussing a big 2nd half of 2026. Gold Coast Marathon weekend in just over a week. Sydney Marathon 9 weeks away. London doubling down, Parramatta half debut and Tokyo announcing 40,000 runners in it’s 20th year.
