Earth Chattering is a Weather Forecasting & Environmental Consulting firm founded by AMS Certified Broadcast Meteorologist (CBM), Environmental Scientist, and Environmental Influencer Erika Martin.With over 18 years of experience. Erika earned my MBA in Energy and Sustainability from the Franklin Pierce University Institute for Climate Action and Bachelor of Science in Meteorology from Mississippi State University. Her internship was conducted at the National Weather Service in Oxnard, CA. Erika launched her firm in May of 2022, as she saw a need for relevant and accurate digital representation in the Sciences. Erika's passion and love of weather began as a child, watching one of CT’s most beloved meteorologists, the late Dr. Mel Goldstein, cover Hurricane Gloria. Decades later, she too became Chief Meteorologist at the very same news station.Her experience in weather is extensive, and she's covered many severe weather eventsand natural disasters including, blizzards, canyon winds
