Kristov reflects on his Academy experience with remarkablehumility. By his own assessment, he had a relatively average football career. Yet his story demonstrates that success isn't always measured by statistics, accolades, or time on the field.

Instead, Kristov found ways to maximize his talents beyondfootball, emerging as one of the Academy's most influential student leaders. During his senior year, he served as Cadet Wing Commander, the highest-ranking cadet leadership position at the U.S. Air Force Academy, responsible forleading and representing the entire 4,000-member Cadet Wing.

Following graduation, Kristov continued his pursuit ofexcellence, earning a master’s degree in mechanical engineering before attending Harvard Business School, where he earned his MBA.

Looking back on his journey, Kristov's greatest lesson fromthe Academy is simple – Appreciate the process.
