Jim's journey wasn't always in baseball. Buy the time he gets to High School other sports take over. We find how a high school coach not only helped him in a sport , but also taught lessons that made a difference in his life until now. As we have seen several times before softball took over for a while. When baseball was available Jim went for it! That led to managing , a board position, and finally to League President.
